Prague has a lot of döner. The difference here is that ours is stacked in the building and the bread is baked in it.

What is a döner wrap (dürüm)?

A döner dürüm is meat carved from the vertical spit, laid on thin flatbread with vegetables, and rolled. It sounds simple because it is, and that is exactly why the quality of two ingredients decides everything: whether the meat was built from real cuts in the restaurant or arrived as a frozen industrial cone, and whether the bread is fresh or reheated. Nothing else in the wrap can compensate for either.

How we prepare it at Anatolia Grill

Our döner is made in-house from beef and carved to order. The flatbread is our own. It comes with mixed vegetables, 160 g for 289 CZK — the same price as the döner sandwich, and 60 CZK less than the plate.

The beef comes from our own cattle, processed in our own slaughterhouse and sold next door at the Anatolia Meat Market.

From our own farm, not from a supplier

Anatolia Grill is part of Agro Řeřichy s.r.o., a Czech company that has been working in agriculture, meat processing and gastronomy for more than ten years. We breed our own lambs and fatten our own beef cattle at the farm in Rakovník, process them in our own slaughterhouse, and sell them in our own butchery in Prague — the shop right next to this restaurant. That is the reason the meat on your plate is traceable back to a single chain we control from start to finish.
