Rather than each person committing to one kebab, the plate brings several — minced and whole-muscle, lamb and chicken — so everyone tastes everything. It is also the most honest way to judge a grill kitchen in one order: five items, all cooked over the same fire, each needing a different timing. How we prepare it at Anatolia Grill

Our platter carries lamb chop, Adana kebab, köfte, grilled chicken pieces and crispy wings, 500 g in total, with chips, grilled tomato, chilli pepper and pita bread. 1399 CZK for two people — roughly 700 CZK each, which is the price of a single premium plate ordered alone. From our own farm, not from a supplier

Anatolia Grill is part of Agro Řeřichy s.r.o., a Czech company that has been working in agriculture, meat processing and gastronomy for more than ten years. We breed our own lambs and fatten our own beef cattle at the farm in Rakovník, process them in our own slaughterhouse, and sell them in our own butchery in Prague — the shop right next to this restaurant. That is the reason the meat on your plate is traceable back to a single chain we control from start to finish.
