About the author : Anatolia

The default pide. If someone in Turkey says “a pide” without specifying, this is usually what arrives.

What is kıymalı pide (minced meat pide)?

Kıymalı pide is the standard of the category: minced beef mixed with peppers and tomato, spread across the boat-shaped dough and baked. Because the meat is ground and spread evenly, it cooks into the surface of the bread rather than sitting on it, and the fat runs into the dough as it bakes. That is the difference from the diced version — less texture, more of the meat flavour worked through the whole thing.

How we prepare it at Anatolia Grill

Oven-baked on our own hand-shaped wheat dough, with minced beef, a mixture of peppers and tomatoes and grated cheese. 279 CZK. For a bigger version with more going on, the Anatolia Special Pide is 329 CZK.

Take it home from Anatolia Meat Market

The mince is ground from our own beef. The Anatolia Meat Market next door grinds it fresh daily.

From our own farm, not from a supplier

Anatolia Grill is part of Agro Řeřichy s.r.o., a Czech company that has been working in agriculture, meat processing and gastronomy for more than ten years. We breed our own lambs and fatten our own beef cattle at the farm in Rakovník, process them in our own slaughterhouse, and sell them in our own butchery in Prague — the shop right next to this restaurant. That is the reason the meat on your plate is traceable back to a single chain we control from start to finish.
