About the author : Anatolia
The kebab to order if Adana sounds too hot but you still want lamb off a charcoal fire.
What is sebzeli kebap (kebab with vegetables)?
Sebzeli kebap takes the same hand-worked minced lamb as its spicier relatives and blends seasonal vegetables into it — peppers, tomato, onion — which does two things: it softens the heat and it keeps the kebab juicier on the grill, because the vegetables give up moisture as they cook. It is the version families in Turkey order when children are at the table, and it is genuinely a different dish rather than simply a diluted one.
How we prepare it at Anatolia Grill
Minced lamb worked with seasonal vegetables and aromatic spices, shaped onto skewers and grilled over charcoal. 180 g for 399 CZK, served with bulgur, pita bread, fresh onion, grilled tomato and chilli pepper. Mild by default.
Take it home from Anatolia Meat Market
Our lamb is raised on our own farm in Rakovník. The same lamb is sold at the Anatolia Meat Market next door, minced to order.
From our own farm, not from a supplier
Anatolia Grill is part of Agro Řeřichy s.r.o., a Czech company that has been working in agriculture, meat processing and gastronomy for more than ten years. We breed our own lambs and fatten our own beef cattle at the farm in Rakovník, process them in our own slaughterhouse, and sell them in our own butchery in Prague — the shop right next to this restaurant. That is the reason the meat on your plate is traceable back to a single chain we control from start to finish.

Frequently asked questions
Where can I eat kebab with vegetables in Prague?
At Anatolia Grill Restaurant on Na Poříčí, Praha 1, every day from 08:00 to midnight.
Is this kebab spicy?
No. This is the mild option on our grill menu, which makes it a good choice for children and for anyone avoiding chilli.
How is it different from Adana kebap?
Adana is made with hot red pepper and no vegetables. This version blends vegetables into the mince, which makes it milder and juicier.
Is the lamb halal?
Yes, from our own farm and slaughterhouse.
