What is grilled chicken wings?

In Turkish grill restaurants, wings (kanat) are a standard skewer alongside the kebabs, and they are treated with the same seriousness. They are marinated, threaded onto a flat skewer and grilled until the skin crisps and blisters while the meat underneath stays soft. There is no coating and no sauce, because the fat in the skin renders and does the work. Eaten with your hands, always.

How we prepare it at Anatolia Grill

Ours are marinated, skewered and cooked over charcoal to order. A 200 g portion is 349 CZK, served with bulgur, grilled tomato, chilli pepper and onion. They are the dish most often ordered for the table to share while the rest of the grill is still cooking.

From our own farm, not from a supplier

Anatolia Grill is part of Agro Řeřichy s.r.o., a Czech company that has been working in agriculture, meat processing and gastronomy for more than ten years. We breed our own lambs and fatten our own beef cattle at the farm in Rakovník, process them in our own slaughterhouse, and sell them in our own butchery in Prague — the shop right next to this restaurant. That is the reason the meat on your plate is traceable back to a single chain we control from start to finish.
