About the author : Anatolia
The house version, and the most expensive pide on the menu at 329 CZK — because there is more on it.
What is the Anatolia Special Pide?
Most Turkish pide restaurants keep a house version on the menu, and it is usually the one where the kitchen puts everything it likes onto one base rather than choosing. Ours is built on the same hand-shaped boat of dough as the rest, with minced beef, a mixture of peppers and tomatoes and grated cheese — the full combination rather than any single topping. It is the pide to order when you want one thing on the table that covers the whole category.
How we prepare it at Anatolia Grill
Oven-baked on our own wheat dough with minced beef from our cattle, peppers, tomatoes and grated kaşar. 329 CZK, the largest and richest pide we make.
Take it home from Anatolia Meat Market
The mince and the cheese are both available next door at the Anatolia Meat Market, ground and cut fresh.
From our own farm, not from a supplier
Anatolia Grill is part of Agro Řeřichy s.r.o., a Czech company that has been working in agriculture, meat processing and gastronomy for more than ten years. We breed our own lambs and fatten our own beef cattle at the farm in Rakovník, process them in our own slaughterhouse, and sell them in our own butchery in Prague — the shop right next to this restaurant. That is the reason the meat on your plate is traceable back to a single chain we control from start to finish.
