Anatolia Grill Restaurant on Na Poříčí, Praha 1, is looking for an experienced waiter or waitress to join our front-of-house team. Immediate start.

About the restaurant

Anatolia Grill is a halal Turkish and Anatolian charcoal grill restaurant in the centre of Prague, a few minutes’ walk from Náměstí Republiky. All of our meat comes directly from our own farm and slaughterhouse, and our Anatolia Meat Market sits right next door. We are open every day from 08:00 to midnight and serve breakfast, lunch and dinner to a busy mix of locals, tourists and regulars.

The position

• Role: Waiter / Waitress (experienced)
• Location: Na Poříčí 1933/36, 110 00 Praha 1 – Nové Město
• Type: Full-time, shifts including evenings and weekends
• Start: As soon as possible

What you will do

• Welcome and seat guests, take orders and serve food and drinks at the table
• Explain our menu, recommend dishes and answer questions about Turkish and Anatolian cuisine
• Handle payments, cash and card, and keep your section clean and well set
• Work closely with the kitchen and the rest of the floor team during busy service
• Make sure every guest leaves happy and wants to come back

What we are looking for

• At least 2 years of experience as a waiter or waitress in a busy restaurant
• Good spoken English; Czech and/or Turkish is a strong advantage
• A friendly, professional attitude and a genuine interest in hospitality
• Ability to stay calm, fast and organised under pressure
• Reliability and flexibility with shifts, including weekends
• A valid work permit for the Czech Republic (EU citizens or existing permit holders)
